This was a group project involving 6 members conducted for the Contemporary Issues In Digital Marketing course at RMIT University. Our team developed a strategic proposal to introduce new features for the client, AI Hay. The proposal was rooted in extensive target audience research and aimed to solve market challenges related to user growth and retention. Due to the high strategic quality of the proposal, it was selected to be pitched directly to the AI Hay management team.
Ideated new features based on target audience data and consumer insights.
Developed UI/UX prototypes and assessed the technical and operational feasibility of the proposed solutions.

Built a comprehensive brand identity for RMIT Aikido Club to bridge the gap between traditional Japanese martial arts (focusing on Harmony and Discipline) and a vibrant, modern international student environment.
The visual system centers on a minimalist logo integrating the Latin "A" with Kanji "合" (Ai/Harmony). A high-contrast Red, Black, and White palette establishes a bold presence across digital and physical touchpoints.
